Vice President, Sales + Marketing

Timothy leads all sales, marketing, and business development efforts for the firm. He also manages the firm’s sourcing and staffing team. Timothy spent the first 7 years of his career in sales and marketing with ADP, a multibillion dollar payroll processing firm. In 1989, he joined the sales team at CCAI, a mid-size IT firm in Cleveland, Ohio. There, he supported sales and marketing efforts for the consulting services in technologies such as mainframe, web development and ERP. Later, as Vice President of Sales, he helped grow this Cleveland based firm to approximately 300 consultants and $65 million in annual sales, mostly in the SAP market space. Since joining Dickinson + Associates, in March 2004, he has helped grow the firm’s revenue by over 100%.
