METHODOLOGY

SAP implementations are not just about software and hardware. Dickinson + Associates provides advice and assistance throughout the entire life cycle of the implementation. We provide our clients with industry-specific expertise, and proven methodologies to help optimize their SAP solutions and streamline their business processes. Our team of certified SAP consultants help plan, create detailed road maps, install, configure, and test the software, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of each organization. Along the way, we help redesign business processes to maximize our client’s investment in SAP. We work side by side with client team members to establish the in-house skills and provide the necessary knowledge transfer to reach self-sufficiency. We also provide a remote help desk and support services, taking the burden off of our customers to employ their own SAP specialists in house. Dickinson + Associates combines the ASAP methodology contained in Solution Manager with experience from over 75 SAP projects in both public and private sector organizations to offer a complete set of solutions to our clients. We add value beyond ASAP in areas such as change management, project management, risk mitigation, and industry-specific requirements and best practices.
